Overnight, Israeli forces stormed Palestinian houses looking for the three missing men. An innocent 13 year old boy was shot dead and many apprehended.
On the outskirts of Bethlehem last Tuesday a family (10 adults and 20 children including a newborn) we woken up by the Israeli Army and we're given 10 minutes to clear their house after which it was demolished.
I wrote the following about it...
On Tuesday I watched TV
Like those people who are free.
On Wednesday, met Israelis
Demolished my house, my enemies
They'll take my land,
Wipe history,
About 20 generations before me,
This is my land, my country
Please do not take it from me.
On Wednesday I watched TV,
On it's side, next to the trees.
This shouldn't be happening.

The owner of the family has had his house knocked down many times. His family have been on this land for 20 generations. The Israelis want to clear the land and give it to their settlers.
The family are now sleeping in a tent with a baby that is weeks old.
